October 29th - November 2nd

We have a lot going on this week. You will have some practice AP problems from chapter 3 to work on, the chapter 3 study guide, and the chapter 3 test on Friday. You also have your chapter 3 project due on Wednesday and TC Cares on Thursday. Therefore, I'm not going to require a blog post this week. However, if you do post a comment about something we are doing this week, then I will give you a few points extra credit. It's writer's choice!

    I am happy with how I am doing in calculus. I knew it was going to be hard and the only problem is that on the quizzes and tests, I always make a dumb mistake and that is why I keep getting low grades. I also am excited for TC cares and for the activities we will be doing then. For the test, I need to slow down and make sure I do not make stupid mistakes!

    I am excited for TC Cares this week because it is a chance to get out of school for the day and serve the community! I am a little nervous for the quiz I missed and the test this week and I hope I don't psych myself out!!

    I am a little nervous on how I will do on the chapter test. I understand the material that has been on the quizzes but I tend to make small errors randomly. The test is going to cover a lot of information but hopefully the study guide will help me to prepare for the test!

    There is a lot going on with Calc this week. My group did our video on Sunday and we had a fun time with that and I think our video will turn out pretty good. Also I am kind of nervous about this test on Friday because it will be a big part of our grade and I know I need to do well especially with it being the beginning of the quarter.

    This Wednesday, we watched class video projects of other groups. That was fun time and other group's videos were also great! I went Seagate food bank for TC care today. That was good experience for me because can learn cooperation with other students. Chapter 3 test is postponed to Monday so I’m so happy! Because I can prepare more!

    I was proud of our group project. When we did, I thought we will gonna fail but Ben made a good video. Also we have chapter 3 test on monday. I want to get good grade on that but this chapter has a lot of memorise and algebra problems. I hope I dont mistake that test.

    I am excited that my grade is up a little so far. I know we only have a few grades in so far but I am hoping to do a little better this quarter. I enjoyed doing the video projects. It was fun to watch them and they helped me review some of the concepts we have been learning.

    This week I am really glad that we did review work, because I know that getting the extra practice will be helpful towards the test. I am also very glad that our video went well because I was really nervous that it would not go over well. Chapter 3 was moved til Monday, and I'm really happy about that because any extra time allotted to learn more of the concepts is greatly appreciated.
