The first part of the calculus is the differential calculus. This branch involves derivatives and slopes. It solves the rate of change and functions. In real life, differential calculus can be used for calculating loan payments and other similar calculations. The second branch is the integral calculus. It identifies volume, size, and area of the equations. This part of branch can be used for constructing and designing buildings.
ReplyDeletecompared with the integral calculus, the branch of differential calculus works more on one dimension while the other one works on two-D,that is,area. Based on this difference, I think, differential calculus is used on analysing datas. then, it can guide out production,like enlarging the scale of production or not and making the price. the second branch focus on area. it helps us find the area of some wierd shape.
ReplyDeleteWe learned differential calculus last semester and will going to learn integral calculus. Differential calculus is the study of the definition, properties, and applications of the derivative of a function.Integral calculus is the study of the definitions, properties, and applications of two related concepts. We could know how population will increase few years later and also guess many other results of science.
ReplyDeleteThe differential calculus is one of the branches of calculus, and it includes slope and derivatives which showed rate of the change of something. It could use in real life for businesses or stock market. Now we are going to learn about integral calculus, and it allows us to find area of functions that located under the functions.
ReplyDeleteThe first branch of calculus that we talked about is differential calculus which includes derivatives of functions, minimums and maximums, and points of inflection. This calculus can be beneficial in real life when dealing with a function on a graph and you need to know when there are minimums and maximums in profit, for example. The second branch of calculus that we are currently talking about is integral calculus. This involves finding the area under a curve of a function. This can be used in real life when trying to figure out the distance something traveled.
ReplyDeleteRetrace last semester that we studied how the differential for,then it can be constantly used in various market and area,for instance the stock and especially in business.We are going through the integral what coming to close us as a utilized tool in the life ,maybe in engineer somewhat stuff for area under the graph of the function.
ReplyDeleteThe first branch we studied (differential) allowed us to find the rate of chamge of. Function which would be vey useful in real life because you can find the min. And max. Of a function to find how to make maximum profit. The second branch of calculus (integral) allows us to find the area under a curve and can be used in real life to find total distance traveled
ReplyDeleteDifferential Calculus is focused on the limits and extreme values of functions. It is used primarily to figure out the most efficient way to set up pretty much anything. Integral calculus, which we are learning now, is used to find the area under curves, or just awkward shapes. It is extremely useful in construction and engineering.
ReplyDeleteThe first branch we studied is differential calculus and the second branch we will study is integral calculus. The differential calculus contains derivative and slope that we could use in business in real world. We can use integral calculus when we measure average value of a curve.
